Even with the proximity to the city center, we can assure you a high secure, comfortable, very quiet and private atmosphere, where you will feel at home right away.

Just across of the road of our apartments you will find the biggest, most famous supermarket in Dumaguete (called Hypermart), where you you will find a wide range of Filipino and international products, which is definitely a plus for self-caterers.

Next the apartment you will also find genuine local cuisine in the nearby Filipino restaurant as well as a first class Chinese restaurant just 10 meters away. Our apartments are also only 600 meters away from Robinsons Mall Dumaguete!

City Apartments – Facilities and activities

Currently we have 11 apartments available for rent, all with ample parking space directly at the building.

Each unit features 2 bedrooms, one big bathroom (hot and cold water) with approx. 80 to 90 sqm. living area, one living and dining room and are fully air conditioned. Additionally they feature a fully equipped kitchen with cooking counter, big refrigerator, a 4 burner stove with baking unit (gas and electric), a microwave oven, toaster, etc. All units also have cable TV, telephone line and high speed 100mbps Wi-Fi internet connection.

Every apartment is equipped with a washing machine in a separate washing area. Some units also have a terrace.

Now we can offer you (8) eight 2 bedroom and (3) three 1 bedroom apartments in the same building-complex, which is now completed, together with the our Austrian Restaurant; Edelweiss Austrian Pub and Fine-dining.

Terms and Conditions
The daily rates INCLUDE electricity, water, cable, internet, etc., EXCEPT FOOD and DRINKS. For guests paying in US Dollars, the exchange rates will depend on the time of payment. The rates in pesos should be followed and are fixed rates. All our prices are inclusive of all taxes

Please note that only the daily rate is inclusive of electricity, water, cable and internet. For monthly rent, tenant will be responsible for the extra payment for internet, electricity and water.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is received by the resort up to 15 days prior to arrival date will not be charged. If cancellation is within 15 days, a night penalty will be charged.

No Show Policy
No show on the arrival date, a night penalty will be charged.

Early Check Out
All the rest of staying period will be charged.
